Great Maintenance Plan for New Equipment
Annual Investment:
$293.00 plus tax for the first system
$220.00 plus tax for each additional unit
- Cleaning of each system and components
- Refrigerant coils cleaned
- Drain lines are cleared and cleaned
- Measure appropriate refrigerant pressures
- Motors are performing optimally
- Clean burners if using gas operated units
- Check all electrical connections
- Replace all standard air filters

This is our entry level package that covers what we consider to be general maintenance and upkeep of your newer heating and cooling system(s).
Twice a year, our experienced service technician will clean, adjust, and evaluate your system(s).
This plan affords you a 1-year warranty on all parts replaced during our maintenance visits as well as any parts replaced during an emergency repair.
